Die Sorell Hotels sind die grösste Schweizer Hotelgruppe in Eigenbesitz mit 15 individuellen Stadt- und Ferienhotels im 3- und 4-Sterne Bereich in Zürich, Dübendorf, Winterthur, Bern, Rapperswil, St. Gallen, Schaffhausen und Bad Ragaz. Das komplett renovierte 3-Sterne-Superior Sorell Hotel Krone mit seinen 39 Zimmern und einem Bankett- und Seminarraum für bis zu 80 Personen befindet sich in der Altstadt von Winterthur. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Wirtshaus zur Krone, die Terrasse sowie die Lounge sind nicht nur für Hotelgäste, sondern auch für Gäste aus der Stadt ein beliebter Treffpunkt.

Dein Wirkungsbereich:
  • Operative Führung und Organisation des Hotels (Rooms und F&B)
  • Wahrnehmung der Gastgeber- und Vorbildrolle - Vorleben der ZFV Werte und Standards
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Front
  • Sicherstellung der Gästezufriedenheit und eines professionellen Reklamationsmanagements
  • Coaching, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden basierend auf unserem ZFV-Leadership Modell
  • Verantwortung für Sales-, Marketing- und Revenue-Themen
  • Budgetierung, Controlling und Erreichung der Umsatzziele
  • Teilnahme an monatlichen General Manager-Meetings, Durchführung von Kader- und Teammeetings
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der Hygiene-, Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien sowie Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards
Deine Stärken:
  • Begeisterung für die Gastgeberrolle
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Hotelleitung (Rooms und F&B)
  • Hotelfachschule oder Weiterbildung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Erfahrene, motivierende und empathische Führungsperson, die als Vorbild agiert und das eigene Team weiterentwickelt
