Your contribution
- You lead the extensive technology transformation in Group Life, drive digitalization and automation along the entire value chain and thus enable attractive solutions for our customers
- You act as People Developer and Business Owner IT with sound knowledge of enterprise architecture and ability to translate business strategy into a delivery model
- You enjoy large-scale transformation initiatives and can make them a success by using expert knowledge and people understanding
- You are a change manager who appreciates experience and continuity while creating space for new ideas and skills
- You value and promote diversity: of characters, opinions, experiences, gender....
- You create purpose and promote a culture of individual responsibility, team spirit and a "can do" attitude
- You are the core contact person for around 25 employees. You are a coach and mentor

Around 600 software and system developers work for AXA in Switzerland and are developing tomorrow's technology inhouse. To do this, we are also working in global teams and networks. Our agile product teams organize themselves and work independently where they are responsible for everything from A to Z. Our tasks include programming, integrating the latest tools and arranging hackathons.
