Administrative Support:
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing calendars and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination and scheduling. Additionally, you'll assist in the preparation of presentations and documents, helping to streamline communication within the team or organization. Your general support will encompass various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Events:
- You'll be tasked with arranging travel plans and handling expense submissions, ensuring that all logistics are efficiently managed. Coordinating meeting logistics will also fall under your purview, as well as organizing events, workshops, and activities to facilitate team building and professional development.
HR Support:
- Your role will involve supporting hiring processes and onboarding new employees, contributing to the growth and development of the team. Additionally, you'll play a part in creating benefits packages and implementing programs focused on employee wellbeing and learning & development initiatives.
Office Management:
- As part of office management, you'll oversee the inventory of office supplies, beverages, and cleaning materials, ensuring that the workplace is well-equipped for day-to-day operations. Coordinating with external service providers such as cleaning services, copier maintenance, IT support, and others will also be essential. Additionally, you'll handle mail and courier services to ensure efficient communication both internally and externally.
Projects:
- You'll have the opportunity to contribute to various exciting projects beyond your core responsibilities, leveraging your skills and creativity to support the organization's overall objectives. These projects may vary and could offer new challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Successfully completed commercial education and several years of experience as an assistant
- Excellent English skills and fluent in (Swiss)German (written and oral), any other language would be an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Professional written and oral communication skills
