About Our Client Our client is an international financial company. Job Description Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with company goals. Conduct research and benchmarking to maintain competitive benefits offerings. Oversee daily operations of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellbeing initiatives. Collaborate with the Benefits Administrator to resolve employee and system issues. Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance. Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits. Participate in initiatives with broad business impact. Organize training sessions and events related to benefits. The Successful Applicant Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. French and English fluency needed Understanding of company products and business processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Consulting and decision-making abilities. HR functional expertise. Project management skills. Data analysis and decision-making influence. Sensitivity to diversity and empowerment of others. Global and strategic mindset.
