About Our Client Our client is an international company. Job Description Act as the HR expert on medical leave policies and procedures. Collaborate with external vendors to monitor and manage medical leave cases. Maintain accurate records of leave balances and their impact on other entitlements. Work closely with medical professionals to assess complex cases. Analyze and manage cost implications of long-term absences. Support financial planning through cost modeling and compensation analysis. Prepare reports and insights on absenteeism trends and workforce planning. Reconcile insurance reimbursements with internal payment records. Identify risks and propose improvements to benefit administration processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards. Document procedures and support knowledge sharing across the team. Contribute to contract negotiations, policy updates, and staff communications. Assist in audits of various employee benefits such as education grants and insurance. The Successful Applicant University degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. What's on Offer One year contract. 2 days of home office per week.
