We also offer short professional courses, so students can choose a program that is specific to their individual learning needs and professional interests.

For our Montreux Campus we are currently looking for an :

Visits & Events Coordinator Intern (W/H/X) 

We are looking for a 9 months intern, reporting to the Head of Student Engagement & Events, the successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to organising high-quality events and visits on our 5 campuses for prospective students, parents and other parties. The candidate we are looking for has good communication skills and a service mindset, and enjoys working in a multicultural environment, welcoming students and customers from around the globe.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize individual school visits: drive visitors to our schools, conduct campus tours, organize counseling meetings, and arrange meals with students
  • Assist with Open Days and other events: register participants, prepare welcome packages, welcome groups, give campus tours, and ensure that participants get all relevant information about our schools and study programs
  • Communicate and Coordinate between prospective students, agents, sales managers and the teams in the schools

Skills :

  • Hospitality business education degree
  • English Proficiency is a must, any other language is a plus
  • Good communication skills (oral & written) & customer-centric mindset
  • A can-do attitude, open-minded, dynamic & flexible
  • Driving license
