Responsibilities:
/h3ulliManage the construction site and bear operational responsibility during the construction and installation phase of an construction site /liliOverall responsibility for coordinating all EHS issues on the construction site and requesting all necessary work method statements (SiMoKo’s) from the various contractors and checking them together with the EHS specialist. Being responsible for implementing the EHS Management System on the construction sites and assuring that the EHS system is effective by making regular site visits. /liliSupport the procurement process and ensure that aspects relevant to construction site safety are incorporated in the work to be performed. /liliEnsure that plan specifications are respected and monitor the construction costs, schedule and quality. /liliOrganize the building inspections at the end of a construction project and be responsible for the correction of defects. /liliBe responsible for the design and execution of smaller investment or maintenance projects as CSA subject matter expert. Prepare tender documents and carry out submission and award contracts together with procurement. /liliHands‑on involvement in the creation and development of CSA standard documents. Experience:
/h3ullibRelevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required. /b /liliVery driven to solve problems and meet the aligned goals. /liliFlexibility, assertiveness, ability to work in a team. /liliAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment. /liliSkills and experience in working with matrix-based cross-function teams. /liliSelf‑motivated and experienced at working both independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment is essential. /liliSkilled in usual software tools e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Office /liliGerman C1 (required), English B1 (preferred) /li /ul /p
