Associate CMC Project Manager

To strengthen our team in the Global Project Management department, we are looking for a dedicated "Associate CMC Project Manager" (a), 100% /p h3Your Tasks: /h3 ul liCoordinate and manage customer and internal RD projects with cross-functional teams of 3-10 members. /li liEnsure project deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and in line with customer agreements and contracts. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for project-related questions, issues, and coordination activities. /li liDrive ownership and accountability for all project deliverables across the project team. /li liStructure, coordinate, and monitor project activities using established tools, systems, and processes. /li liPrepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action lists, and project plans. /li liFacilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. /li liProactively identify risks, challenges, and mitigation measures to support project success. /li liSupport continuous process improvements and contribute to project management best practices. /li liDevelop towards a leading project management role with increasing responsibility. /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liBSc or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, CDMO, or chemical industry; or MSc or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience. /li liCustomer-facing project management experience is preferred. /li liExposure to a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage. /li liStrong organizational, planning, and coordination skills. /li liHigh level of ownership, accountability, and reliability. /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liFluent in English (minimum C1 level). /li liGerman language skills are an advantage (Bubendorf site). /li liTeam-oriented personality with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. /li /ul h3Our offer: /h3 ul liA dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities /li liFlexible
