Collaborateur.trice Back Office

Back office Trafic des Paiements

Poste basé à Genève - 100%

Vos principales missions :

  • Contrôler et valider les ordres de transferts IN et OUT et leur bon déroulement : volume, production et qualité ;
  • Saisie / validation d’opérations tant nationales (SIC), qu’internationales (SWIFT, SEPA) en respect des procédures, de la tarification et des délégations en vigueur au sein de la banque ;
  • Gérer les ordres clients (LSV, garanties loyers, boosters,…) ;
  • S’occuper du suivi, des investigations et des recherches en lien avec le trafic des paiements ;
  • Détecter, analyser et proposer des solutions aux problématiques rencontrées. En référer si besoin la hiérarchie ;

 

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Titulaire du CFC Banque ou équivalent minimum requis ;
  • Vous connaissez le trafic des paiements grâce à un minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans le trafic des paiements international (SIC, SWIFT, SEPA,…) dans un établissement bancaire ;
  • Dans votre domaine d’activité, vous avez à cœur de fournir le meilleur service ;
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent esprit d’équipe, vous savez travailler en équipe tout comme en autonomie ;
  • Doté.e d’un grand sens de la rigueur, vous êtes réactif(ive), organisé.e et avez un état d’esprit orienté client ;
  • Vous maitrisez les outils de la suite Microsoft Office et notamment Excel. La connaissance de Finnova, de GT Exchange et la maitrise des échanges de clés RMA seront un atout ;
  • Vous parlez couramment français ; anglais apprécié.
