Director of Operations - Deutschschweiz AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG: Gesamtverantwortung für die operativen Tätigkeiten der Agenturen in der Deutschschweiz Optimierung interner Prozesse zur Sicherstellung von Effizienz und hoher Servicequalität Monitoring der regionalen Zielvorgaben sowie der relevanten Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) Führung der Agenturleiter:innen sowie Koordination der Teams zur Erreichung der gesetzten Ziele Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director Business & Development bei der Umsetzung der regionalen Strategie Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung operativer Methoden und ToolsMitwirkung bei der Planung und Eröffnung neuer Niederlassungen ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management von Teams und operativen Einheiten, idealerweise im medizinischen, sozialen oder HR-Umfeld Ausgeprägte Kompetenzen in Projektmanagement, Organisation und Prozessoptimierung Fähigkeit, mehrere Standorte und Teams parallel zu koordinieren Starke Leadership-Qualitäten, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch und/oder Englisch sind von Vorteil Wir bieten Eine zentrale strategische Schlüsselposition innerhalb eines führenden Unternehmens auf dem Schweizer Markt Die Möglichkeit, aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung und operativen Exzellenz von Medicalis beizutragen Ein dynamisches, wertschätzendes und kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld Attraktive Vergütung sowie positionsbezogene Zusatzleistungen Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung
