Missions
- Diriger une équipe, les accompagner dans leur évolution de carrière et les faire grandir sur le plan personnel et technique.
- Garantir la qualité des audits en utilisant des outils technologiques innovants et une méthodologie éprouvée.
- Gérer un portefeuille client dédié, encadrer et évaluer les équipes d'audit tout au long des missions.
- Assurer la gestion et le développement du portefeuille clients, en entretenant des relations privilégiées avec ces derniers.
- Intervenir sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée auprès d'acteurs de renom, renforçant ainsi son expertise technique et sectorielle.
- Participer activement aux décisions stratégiques du département en tant que membre du Management Group.
- Accompagner des clients de secteurs variés, en étant au plus près de leurs enjeux stratégiques.
Profil du candidat
- Diplôme d'Expert-comptable et agréé en tant qu'expert-réviseur.
- 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en audit externe en Suisse, de préférence dans le secteur industriel.
- Expérience managériale de minimum 3 ans, avec une capacité avérée à animer des équipes et une éthique professionnelle solide.
- Expérience réussie en Big Four ou dans un cabinet de renommée internationale.
- Maîtrise des normes IFRS et/ou US GAAP; une expérience sur des dossiers PCAOB est un plus.
- Capacité à réseauter efficacement et à établir des relations de confiance avec les clients.
- Bilingue français-anglais, l'allemand étant un atout.
- Esprit d'analyse, vivacité d'esprit, et facilité de communication, appréciant le travail en équipe avec une attitude positive.
