About Our Client Our client is a dynamic organization based on La Côte. Job Description This Accounting and Reporting Specialist supports statutory reporting, contributes to process improvements across the finance function and also cash management activities in an international and fast-moving environment. In details: Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the different entities Analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Assist in preparing reporting packages for internal stakeholders Accounting Operations Oversee general ledger activities, accruals, and reconciliations Review and validate journal entries and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with local finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure consistency and accuracy Cash Management Support treasury operations including bank reconciliations and payment processing Assist in optimizing cash flows across the group and maintaining banking relationships Provide input for cash flow reporting and analysis at group level Statutory & Regulatory Compliance Support the preparation of statutory accounts for holdings Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and reviews Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on reporting Process Improvement & Systems Contribute to the optimization of accounting, reporting, and cash management processes Participate in ERP system upgrades or implementations Develop and maintain reporting templates and tools Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Controlling and Legal departments Support the accounting team in the daily tasks The Successful Applicant The Accounting and Reporting Specialist we are looking for should bring the following background and experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or a closely related field Minimum 8 years' experience in accounting and finance, audit experience is a plus Excellent communication with colleagues (sharing issues, seeking support when needed) Able to set priority and to well manage her / his time Ability to work cooperatively with internal and external counterparts Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Precise and paying attention to details What's on Offer Our client offers you: A temporary opportunity in a reputable company A collaborative work environment Opportunities to enhance your accounting and financial reporting skills Exposure to a well-structured and professional team
