Accounting & Financial Administration Internship

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting & financial administration?

InterSoccer, Switzerland's largest grassroots football provider for boys and girls aged 3-13, is offering a 2 to 4-month full-time internship starting in December/January, where you will gain real-world experience in accounting and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks
  • Support data entry and account reconciliations
  • Help process invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Support with payroll
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting
  • Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in Swiss accounting, looking to gain further experience
  • Knowledge of Winbiz (or similar Swiss system) is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliability, discretion, and willingness to learn
  • Based in Geneva/Vaud, holding a Swiss passport or a valid Swiss work permit
