Wir suchen für unsere Standort in D- 12055 Berlin (Neukölln) mehrere Mitarbeiter als Transport Manager International – Disponent (m/w/d)

Ihre Herausforderungen:

  • Sie werden professionell mit sofortigem Praxisbezug in einem bestehenden Team auf Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben vorbereitet
  • Nach der Integrationsphase zählen Akquise und Betreuung von Kunden aus Industrie und Handel bzw. Transportpartnern zu Ihren Kernaufgaben, dabei werden Sie Laderaum einkaufen bzw. Ladungen verkaufen
  • Sie planen und organisieren internationale Transporte (Straßentransporte bzw. Intermodalverkehre)
  • Sie stehen in regem Austausch mit unseren internationalen Partnern und konzipieren optimale Kundenlösungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Berufserfahrung als Disponent Landverkehr/Spedition
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenständigkeit und sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft
  • Neben gutem Deutsch und Englisch sind Kenntnisse weiterer europäischer Sprachen von Vorteil, bspw. Polnisch - Slowakisch - Ungarisch - Italienisch - Spanisch - Rumänisch – Schwedisch - Türkisch
