Operations and reporting project manager

Financial and Data Reporting:

  • Analyze simulator data and Power BI outputs to generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain, monitor, and ensure the accuracy of financial and operational data.
  • Collect and standardize data from partners for seamless system integration.
  • Track and compile performance and financial metrics, including CPR, ROMI, and other KPIs.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports for the FIA, covering commissions, splits, LTOs, and investment planning.



Operations and Software Management:

  • Oversee all financial aspects, including invoicing partners for commissions and tracking payments.
  • Support data capture and onboarding processes for partners.
  • Provide guidance to the team on maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
  • Manage and analyze partner raffles, ensuring proper organization and data collection.



Quality Assurance and Customer Experience:

  • Conduct mystery shopping to assess the customer experience for both clubs and partners.
  • Identify customer experience or redemption issues and collaborate with the account management team to resolve them.



Account Management:

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with onboarded partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide detailed performance reports.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated project management experience; PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, and SurveyMonkey, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian) are appreciated.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment and maintain regular communication with team members.
