In order to achieve this, we would like to develop Idorsia into one of Europe’s leading biopharmaceutical companies, with a strong scientific core. /p pIdorsia is headquartered in Switzerland and has already established commercial operations in the US, Canada and major strategic locations in Europe. /p pWith the commercial operations for the DACH region based in Munich/ Germany and Allschwil/ Switzerland, we are helping to realize Idorsia’s ambition of bringing innovative medicines from bench to bedside. /p pFor more information see /p h3bJob Profile /b /h3 pResponsibilities of the Associate Director Market Access and Public Affairs DACH (m/f/d) include: /p ul libFocuses on coordination and execution of Idorsia’s access strategy /b and its implementation (project management, oversees dossier writing, timelines, risks etc.) for defined therapeutic area. /li libEnsures local fit of product value proposition /b (incl. evidence) to obtain ideal pricing and reimbursement scenarios and outcome. /li libRepresents Idorsia vis‑à‑vis local external agencies and other stakeholders /b, e.g. pharma association working groups and patient advocacy groups. /li libActively contributes to the internal Idorsia processes /b and contributes significantly to the conceptual development and implementation of country Market Access and Public Affairs strategies. /li libRegularly exchanges information with the Senior Market Access and Public Affairs Director DACH /b and cross-functional project teams. /li /ul pbDrives development and implementation of country strategies /b to support DACH Market Access and Public Affairs. /p pbMonitors the relevant regional policy environment /b and understands key healthcare trends and their impact. /p pbBuilds and maintains long‑term relationships /b throughout the Idorsia DACH organization and with external regional counterparts. /p pbEnsure adherence /b to all relevant legal, regulatory, and healthcare compliance requirements, corporate policies, and procedures, and drive this culture in the local organization. /p pbRequirements /b /p ul liSuccessfully completed a degree ideally in health economics, pharmacy, or science, or equivalent qualification. /li liMinimum of 7 years of successful professional experience in DACH Market Access, and 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. /li liProfound knowledge and broad experience of Market Access (German AMNOG is a must, Switzerland an advantage) ideally in an innovative specialty pharma environment. /li liProven knowledge and experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement activities across DACH markets through pre-launch to in-market phases. /li liStrong knowledge of the German (DACH) health care system and a clear understanding of health economic contexts, especially regarding innovative specialty pharmaceuticals. /li liStrong understanding of current health policy issues and possible future developments. /li liExperienced in working in cross‑functional teams and taking the lead for personal area of responsibility. /li liWilling and able to regularly contribute knowledge and expertise to the Market Access Team with a proactive approach and taking benefit from the input and network of colleagues. /li liStrong project leadership, project management and vendor management skills. /li liDemonstrated influencing, advisory and business partner skills and a track record working in a fast‑paced environment. /li liGerman and English fluent in writing and speaking is a must. /li liExciting opportunitiesfor development and professional growth within our dynamic organization. /li liA collaborative and solution‑oriented environment where you can make a difference. /li liAn innovative and open culture in a multicultural environment. /li liA competitive salary and a variety of additional benefits. /li liA state‑of the art office in our Headquarters in Allschwil with flexible home office options. /li /ul /p
