Payroll Specialist

Le Payroll Specialist intègrera une équipe HR Operations pleine d'énergie, d'envie et d'expérience dans un contexte de digitalisation, d'optimisation des processus et d'implémentation d'un ERP.
Responsabilités
- Assurer la coordination du traitement des salaires et la gestion des sinistres avec nos partenaires externes, pour l'ensemble de nos employés basés en Suisse
- Effectuer les contrôles des éléments de paie et la saisie des éléments variables selon les instructions reçues
- Gérer et contrôler les Master Data pour l'ensemble du Groupe
- Assurer dans SAP la maintenance et la qualité des Master Data RH et de notre structure organisationnelle
- Etre le garant de la rédaction, la mise à jour, et l'amélioration continue des processus liés à la paie
- Coordonner les audits internes et externes
- Assurer le suivi des évolutions de nos systèmes informatiques en lien avec la réglementation
- Collaborer avec le département Finance (gestion des provisions et validation des comptes, reporting…)
- Coordonner, former et soutenir les utilisateurs en tant que Key User SAP
- Elaborer et suivre le tableau de bord et les KPIs relatifs à la paie, définir les éventuelles mesures correctives requises.
Profil
- Employé/e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente, accompagnée d'une formation supérieure
- Expérience réussie de 5 années dans une fonction équivalente
- Excellentes connaissances SAP liées à la paie
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques, MS Excel - niveau supérieur
- Connaissance du logiciel de la gestion du temps lié au paiement d'heures
- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais et de l'allemand
- Très bonne capacité à prioriser ses tâches afin de délivrer selon les délais et la qualité définies
- Autonome et capable de prendre des initiatives, tout en sachant travailler en équipe
- Consciencieux/se, précis/e et transparent/e
- Flexible, polyvalent/e et ouvert/e d'esprit.
