This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced business and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across multiple jurisdictions. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs HR Manager, you will partner with business leaders to deliver both strategic and operational HR support, ensuring the effective management of people matters while maintaining compliance with local employment legislation. The role has a particular focus on supporting populations in bFrance and Switzerland /b, making expertise in both jurisdictions essential. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with managers and leadership teams on a broad range of HR matters. /li liProvide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues. /li liSupport organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives. /li liAdvise stakeholders on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. /li liManage complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism. /li liCollaborate with global HR colleagues to deliver key people initiatives and projects. /li liSupport talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement activities. /li liEnsure HR practices remain compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will have: /p ul liFluent bFrench language skills /b (written and spoken). /li liProven experience in an bHR Manager /b or senior HR Business Partner position. /li liStrong knowledge of bFrench Swiss employment law /b. /li liExperience managing complex employee relations matters. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. /li liThe ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, international environment. /li liA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness. /li liPrevious experience within bfinancial services /b or another regulated industry. /li liExperience supporting geographically dispersed teams across Europe. /li /ul /p
