Description du poste :

Dans le cadre de la forte croissance de Schmidt Groupe et de ses réseaux de distribution Schmidt et Cuisinella en Suisse, nous recherchons un(e) Business Developer Manager
Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la region DACH, vous serez responsable de piloter l'activité opérationnelle sur votre secteur géographique (Suisse francophone). Vous diagnostiquerez, animerez et développerez le réseau de partenaires-concessionnaires, avec pour objectif de générer la croissance de leur chiffre d'affaires et leur rentabilité, tout en respectant la promesse de la marque.

Ainsi vos missions seront de:

Diriger l'ensemble des activités commerciales, opérationnelles et d'expansion sur votre secteur géographique.

Mobiliser tous les leviers humains, commerciaux et financiers pour mettre en œuvre une stratégie de croissance en cohérence avec les objectifs fixés et la stratégie nationale.

Assurer l'interface entre le réseau, la direction commerciale et les différents services de l'entreprise.

Animer le réseau de concessionnaires avec l'objectif d'augmenter leur chiffre d'affaires et leur rentabilité.

Développer le réseau de partenaires en identifiant les futurs patrons de magasin, le positionnement géographique de nouveaux points de vente et en accompagnant la concrétisation des projets d'ouverture, de déménagement, de refonte ou de transmission.

Améliorer en continu la satisfaction du réseau et des consommateurs.

Coordonner les actions commerciales et marketing (promotions, communication) nécessaires au développement.

Accompagner les Directeurs de magasin au management des concessions (recrutement, fidélisation, développement des collaborateurs) et veiller à la satisfaction client.



Description du profil :

Formation : Bac+5 dans le domaine commercial ou équivalent.

Expérience : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de réseaux commerciaux, idéalement acquise dans le secteur de la grande distribution ou dans l'univers du commerce associé.

Compétences relationnelles : Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités à négocier, à créer du lien et à instaurer une relation de confiance avec vos partenaires et clients.

Qualités personnelles : Persévérance, leadership et accompagnement au quotidien. Vous faites preuve de résilience, de capacité à fédérer, et vous êtes organisé(e) avec une bonne gestion des priorités. Réactif(ve) et proactif(ve), vous aimez les challenges, travaillez bien en équipe et avez une forte culture du résultat.
