Description du poste :
•Supporting the maître d'hôtel in the care and supervision of our lobby bar
•Coordination of the service areas
•Optimisation of the service processes
•Sharing responsibility for the team, including training the team
•Acting as contact person for guest enquiries, feedback and complaints
•Maintain inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to ensure all bar supplies are available when needed
•Co-designing the drinks menu
•Advising on the choice of food and drinks
•Compliance with and implementation of LQA service standards
•Temporary help in various outlets of our establishment
•Apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist EFZ or hotel management school
•Sound beverage knowledge and proven experience in a similar role in an upscale luxury hotel
or bar
•Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
•You are a bright, well-groomed person who loves contact with our guests
•Enjoy working in a team
•You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail- and customer-orientated
•Have a good knowledge of French and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
