Als Leiterin oder Leiter People Strategy & Culture Development verantwortest du sämtlich Tätigkeiten und Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit der Kultur- und Organisationsentwicklung zu den People Themen unserer Bank.

Deine Aufgaben – mehr gestalten
  • Personelle und fachliche Führung von ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden
  • Konzipieren und weiterentwickeln der People & Culture Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head People & Culture und Themen-Ownern der verschiedenen Bereiche; inklusive Erfolgsmessung (KPI)
  • Erstellen eines gesamtheitlichen Kultur- und Organisationsentwicklungsansatzes zu diversen People Themen
  • Durchführen und Begleiten von Kulturentwicklungsprojekten auf Gesamtbank-Stufe sowie für die einzelnen Geschäftseinheiten
  • Konzipieren eines progressiven Ansatzes für Transformation- und Change-Begleitung
  • Einführung einer Strategischen Personalplanung (Strategic People Planning) in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern
  • Strategische Planung einer zukunftsgerichteten Skills- und Capability-Landschaft; Ausarbeitung entsprechender Talent- und Ausbildungs-/ Weiterbildungslösungen, in Zusammenarbeit mit Expertinnen und Experten der entsprechenden Themenbereiche
Dein Profil – mehr mitbringen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit entsprechender kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung
  • Langjährige Erfahrung und ausgewiesener Leistungsausweis in den Bereichen Kultur- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Transformationsprogrammen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau eines Strategic People Planning / Workforce Planning Ansatzes, inklusive Konzipieren und Erstellen von Strategiedokumenten sowie Implementierung und Erfolgsmessung (KPI)
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung in Bezug auf fachliche und personelle Führung von Fachexpert:innen
  • Affinität für Diversity & Inclusion-Themen und deren Einbettung in die Gesamtkultur eines Unternehmens
  • Gute Vernetzung zu Peers von anderen Unternehmen und Beratenden aus dem Themenbereich
  • Integre, analytische und konzeptionell starke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Kommunikationstalent
