Stellenbeschreibung
• Unterstützen Sie unser Züricher Team bei der Entwicklung des Schweizer Marktes und dem Ausbau des deutschsprachigen Marktes weltweit.

• Sie werden Kunden in ihrem Such- und Kaufprozess für Diamantschmuck beraten (in persönlichen Gesprächen, per E-Mail, Telefon oder Online-Chat). Sie werden mit dem BAUNAT-Geschäftsmodell geschult und wenden es an (z.B.: Produktkenntnisse, Preisgestaltung, Logistik, Produktionsprozess, usw.)

• Sie werden Bestellungen mitverfolgen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktions- und Lieferinformationen reibungslos und effizient von Zürich aus an verschiedene interne Abteilungen weitergeleitet werden.

• Sie überlegen sich neue Projekte und machen dem Marketingteam entsprechende Vorschläge.

• Sie übersetzen und verfassen Marketingtexte auf Deutsch.

• Sie unterstützen unser Team beim lokalen After-Sales-Service und sorgen für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen allen Abteilungen.

• Sie unterstützen das Züricher Team bei der Entwicklung von PR-Koordination, Partnerschaften mit anderen Unternehmen, Events, etc.
Profil
• Sie sind engagiert, packen mit an und arbeiten gerne selbständig

• Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Integrität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Präzision, Kreativität, Pünktlichkeit und Flexibilität.

• WICHTIG: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch

• Sie beherrschen die gängigen MS Office Programme
