Das sind deine Aufgaben
  • Management der eigenen Ressourcen um zu gewährleisten, dass die Qualitäts- und Complianceleistungen im Rahmen der Pharmaverträge sichergestellt und die operativen Teams von Sodexo bei der Qualität und der Einhaltung von Vorschriften bestens unterstützt sind
  • Durchführung von Audits aller GxP-Dienstleistungen, die Sodexo für Pharmaverträge erbringt
  • Umsetzung des globalen Qualitätsmanagementsystems von Sodexo und des EQMS, sofern relevant
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pharmaverträgen und Sodexo-Teams, um Ursachen zu untersuchen, Korrektur- und Präventivmassnahmen zu analysieren und umzusetzen, insbesondere wenn GxP- und/oder QA-Mängel festgestellt werden
  • Präsentation qualitätsbezogener Themen
  • Durchführung von Untersuchungen und Sonderprojekten nach Bedarf der Sodexo-Geschäftsleitung vor Ort und für das Centre of Excellence Quality and Compliance Team
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen operativer Betrieb, Qualität und Compliance
  • Durchführung von Schulungen zu GxP und QMS-Themen
  • Einrichtung eines Systems zur Überwachung der Gesetzgebung und Einführung eines Programms, um den Betrieb über Änderungen zu informieren, die sich auf das Unternehmen auswirken
  • Unterstützung des Business Development Teams bei der Abgabe von Angeboten und der Sicherung neuer Geschäfte
  • Durchführung verschiedener Prozesse (z. B. QMS / documentation control, change control, risk manage-ment, non-conformance and CAPA management, 3rd party management) unter Einhaltung der einschlägigen Standards
  • Monatliche Berichterstattung an den Qualitätsdirektor
  • Aktiv an Sitzungen und Projekten teilnehmen und kontinuierlich zur Verbesserung beitragen
Das erwarten wir von dir
  • Wissenschaftlicher Abschluss / Audits mit dem Kunden und den Behörden / Risikomanagement erforderlich
  • Solide Grundlage und praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit im pharmazeutischen Umfeld, insbesondere in den Bereichen Qualität, Laboratorien und
  • Anlagenmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Arbeit in einem pharmazeutisch regulierten (GxP) Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Auditierung
  • Fähigkeit, überzeugende und wirksame Berichte und Mitteilungen zu verfassen
  • Ein ansprechender Stil, um GxP-Schulungen erfolgreich durchführen zu können
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Bewältigung eines komplexes Arbeitspensums
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) erforderlich, sowie die Fähigkeit, die Werte in verschiedenen Kulturen zu erkennen und unterschiedliche Arbeitsweisen anzuerkennen
  • Gute Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, sich selbst zu managen
  • Flexibilität bei der Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben
  • Ehrgeizig, proaktiv, überzeugend
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
