 Deine Mission:

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung am Standort Kemptthal und führst ein kleines Team.
  • Du stellst die Produktsicherheit und -qualität während des Produktionsprozesses sicher.
  • Du implementierst, planst und koordinierst Qualitätskontrollen, um die Einhaltung der Vorgaben aus QM-Standards, Gesetzen und Kundenanforderungen sicherzustellen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Rückverfolgbarkeitssystem.
  • Du erstellst, verfolgst und verbesserst Q-KPIs spezifisch für den Standort Kemptthal.
  • Du erstellst und schulst produktübergreifende Qualitätsvorgaben und übernimmst das Controlling.
  • Du hilfst bei der Überarbeitung und Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und QM-Dokumenten.
  • Du engagierst dich in diversen Q-internen Projekten und Teams, wie HACCP, Food Fraud, Food Defense.

 

Du:

  • hast eine abgeschlossene Universitäts- oder Hochschulausbildung in Lebensmittelwissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Fach.
  • verfügst über 3 - 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Qualitätsabteilung eines Lebensmittelbetriebs in produktionsnaher Rolle.
  • hast Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle, Reklamationswesen und Auditierung.
  • besitzt Erfahrung mit IFS Zertifizierung oder anderen GFSI-Zertifizierungen.
  • zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, eine positive Mentalität, Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und eine praktische Arbeitsweise aus.
  • bist in der Lage, klare Grenzen zu setzen und Entscheidungen auf Basis von Risikobeurteilungen zu treffen.
  • bringst eine unternehmerische Denkweise mit.
  • sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
