AVIAREPS has more than 25 years' experience in providing professional Passenger GSA services and tourism marketing to our clients. It is the world's leading GSA and Tourism representation organization with 69 offices in over 65 countries. Representing airlines as well as destinations, hotels, airports, cars, trains, cruises and other trade promotions, our 360° portfolio of services includes sales & reservation, marketing and PR.


For the next possible date we are looking for a:

Reservation & Ticketing Agent (m/f/d)

for our office in Zurich

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems (CRS)
  • You sell our customers' products on the phone and advise customers on products and destinations You are responsible for the monthly billing of ticket sales
  • You are responsible for the monthly billing of ticket sales
  • You process incoming private customer enquiries independently
  • You are also responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas
  • You look after tour operators, brokers, travel agencies and corporate customers

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience with an airline, a travel agency or a tour operator.
  • Your English and German language skills are business fluent, other languages are an advantage
  • High level of customer orientation
  • Commitment, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team, flexibility, goal-oriented action
