We are seeking an ambitious and sports-passionate Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Business Development-Team at our HQ in Zug as of October 2024, on a fulltime workload. ​

The Strategy & Business development team plays a pivotal role to drive increased value by applying industry experience with proactive deal making to achieve strategic objectives and drive corporate growth. The team is tasked with creating value on a long-term basis, helping maintain the company's competitive advantages, and achieving its strategic objectives by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating organic growth projects, acquisitions, partnerships, investments and other transactions. Manage deal executions and integration processes and supporting internal projects and strategic evaluations.

Become involved in all aspects of Group Business Development, from managing and executing present business opportunities to conception, development and evaluation of new business opportunities and areas.

Your main tasks

  • Developing financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and M&A projects
  • Supporting the business units and group companies in identifying optimal partnership structures, preparing offer documents and negotiating of agreements
  • Managing projects with different workflows involving several internal departments and stakeholders
  • Reviewing market developments that impact Infront's business or position and deriving new business models/ideas from them.
  • Preparation of presentations and approval documents for review and decision by Infront's board members and senior management team.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Infront's top and senior management, the other business development team members and the finance/legal teams
  • Supporting the Head of Strategy & Business Development for special projects
  • Ensure continuous improvements of business development processes, tools and templates by contributing own ideas and sharing knowledge

Your profile

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, consulting or corporate finance
  • Advanced education, Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Strong and proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced experience and passion for financial analysis, modelling and valuation and client-oriented thinking
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of accounting and finance, as well understanding of (digital) business models in sports preferred
  • Holistic thinking with the ability to see the big picture, recognize interdependencies, patterns and the implications on the overall objective, with a commitment for high quality and extraordinary in delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability in developing materials and effectively presenting to executive audiences
  • Analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, attention to detail, very strong teamplayer and passion for sports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint are a must
  • English fluent and any other languages are a plus
