Global Hair Care Operations

This role reports to the Operations Director, Global Hair Care and is based in either Zug, Switzerland or Skillman, NJ USA (eventually moving to Summit NJ, starting Q2-25).

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager, PMO Support Marketed Product Lead oversees the development and successful delivery of the Supply Chain project portfolio for all global hair care brands. This position drives the global manufacturing network strategy and manages the Gross profit roadmap.

Additionally, this role involves leading a team of 2-5 project managers responsible for executing the Supply Chain project portfolio.

To excel in this position, the Senior Manager PMO Innovation Lead will need to:

  • Collaborate with key global stakeholders in project pipeline development
  • Represent the Project Management team and supply chain at governance forums
  • Lead cross-functional program teams from project initiation through implementation
  • Ensure excellence in executing the project portfolio to meet scope, schedule, and cost commitments
  • Allocate resources to initiatives aligning with Commercial and Supply Chain strategies
  • Keep senior management informed on all project portfolio aspects
  • Set goals aligned with department and company objectives
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop project managers
  • Continuously assess team performance and conduct appraisals
  • Lead and implement improvements in project management processes as a Subject Matter Expert

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years combined experience in two or more functional areas – Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Process Excellence, Procurement, Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, or Finance
  • 3 years of project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen in supply chain, commercial, and financial areas
  • Excellent communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, supply chain or related field
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • 3 years of people management experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration and connect key partners
  • Independent self-starter with a track record of achieving complex goals
  • Experience with FMEA and other risk assessment tools
  • Skilled at coaching and developing diverse leaders
