Global Supplier Quality Strategy & Performance Sr.

Manager, located in Zug, Switzerland.


The Global Supplier Quality Strategy & Performance, within Global Supplier Quality Management CoE, will lead the supplier reliability strategy for the Global Supplier Management.

The position will ensure that the reliability processes are identified and translated into actions to drive sustainable efficiency and agility for the organization.

The Global Supplier Quality Strategy & Performance is leading the performance supplier monitoring, engaging across the regions and the categories to leverage best practices, is sharing lessons learnt, to increase speed to market.

She/he will be the owner of the Supplier Life Cycle Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), developing and incorporating all actionable insights ( internally and externally) to facilitate the proactive implementation of those, within the supplier network.

Development and deployment of Supplier Reliability Strategy and Roadmap through collaboration with key Supply Chain and Category Stakeholders, which will align to Consumer Q&C Strategic priorities.

- Evaluate all existing initiatives, to generate insights for performance optimization across the Regions - Contribute to developing an innovative and efficient real time continuous improvements model across the suppliers' network.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree / University degree Other

Required Years of Related Experience:
Quality, Supplier management, Supplier reliability, Continuous improvement,

Strategy development

  • 10+ years' experience in a highly regulated healthcare industry required; Consumer, FMCG, Pharmaceutical,
Medical Device industry experience preferred.

  • 5+ years proven experience on Suppliers Management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • 5+ years proven experience on Q&C Systems and Lifecycle Management.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)

  • Experience managing diverse teams in a direct, indirect, and matrixed environment is required
  • Able to motivate teams without direct line of leadership and hold individuals accountable for program deliverables

  • Experience leading a largescale program is preferred
  • Knowledge / experience in process harmonization and change management in a regulated environment is
preferred

  • Experience managing process improvements are preferred
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills is required
  • Cross functional Supply Chain experiences (e.g. Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality) are preferred
