V-ZUG Global Quality Management

V-ZUG Global Quality Management is a division within V-ZUG AG, closely collaborating with development, production, procurement, service, marketing, and sales to establish, assess, and enhance the global quality standards of V-ZUG AG.

What this position offers you

  • Depending on your skills and preferences, you will either take on quality responsibility for various development projects as a quality planner or assume responsibility during production ramp-up or contribute to aftersales and series support to achieve predefined quality goals
  • You will actively participate in development projects from conception to product launch to meet and ensure the defined quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • As a quality planner in development, you will be accountable for quality planning, executing quality tasks in development projects. Additionally, you will incorporate reliability analyses from field data and tests as lessons learned into product development, lead the "overall test group" to ensure coordinated product verification and validation, define and monitor qualification tests
  • Or if your focus is in manufacturing, you will be responsible for performing quality tasks such as quality assessments, approvals, risk analyses, FMEAs, and reviews. Your tasks will also include quality planning and executing quality tasks during industrialization and series start of development projects
  • If your expertise lies in aftersales and series support, your role will involve conducting field data analyses, managing part failure analyses, and incorporating reliability analyses from field data and tests. Additionally, you will lead teams to conduct systematic root cause analyses and develop actions

What you bring to the table

  • Following your completed technical training (EFZ), you have pursued further education with a degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, computer science, or quality management from a university or university of applied sciences
  • You already have experience in quality management and product development, industrialization, and production start. Experience in handling technical tasks is advantageous
  • You should also possess IT application knowledge and have experience in (partial) project management or project work
  • Your ability to deliver high-quality and results-oriented work, combined with a strong focus on service and customer orientation, complements your profile ideally
  • You have fluent language skills in both German and English
