Sous la responsabilité de l'Events & Hospitality Manager et en étroite collaboration avec l'Event Manager, vous travaillerez sur les différents projets d'expérience de la marque et sur les événements de la Maison.

Entre autres, votre principal impact sera de contribuer au succès d'un moment clé de la Maison: Watches and Wonders Genève qui se tiendra en avril 2025.

Vous travaillerez à la préparation des évènements sur, notamment, les aspects suivants :

  • Soutenir le responsable de l'événement dans l'établissement des lignes directrices de l'événement
  • En lien avec nos prestataires, prévoir les différents planning (hôtesses, nettoyage)
  • Organiser le service de restauration pour les invités et le personnel
  • Organiser la venue des représentants de nos différents marchés
  • Préparation du stand
  • Soutien logistique

Lors des évènements, vous aurez un rôle clef pour :

  • Gérer les accréditations
  • Coordonner les actions des différents prestataires
  • Être le point de contact avec Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation
  • Gérer les demandes ad-hoc

Votre profil

  • En cours de formation, idéalement dans l'hôtellerie de luxe, vous recherchez un stage conventionné pour une durée de 7 à 8 mois
  • Vous avez déjà effectué des missions dans le secteur du luxe ou l'événementiel
  • Motivé(e) et ouvert(e) d'esprit
  • Orienté(e) détails et solutions
  • Proactif(ve) et apprenant rapidement
  • Curieux(se), agile et volontaire
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français à un niveau courant est indispensable et toute autre langue est un atout.
