  • Sie beraten die Retailkundschaft in der Basisproduktpalette sowie über Anlageprodukte (3a Wertschriftensparen, cleverinvest, Execution Only)
  • Sie entwickeln die bestehende Kundschaft mittels Outbound und Cross Selling weiter
  • Sie pflegen die bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen (Issues, Bereinigungen, Abklärungen usw.)
  • Sie bieten grundlegende Unterstützung für Zahlungsverkehr, CleverCircles, eLounge und elektronische Kanäle
Nos exigences

Sie haben eine Bankausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bank- oder Finanzwesen und verfügen über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder im Kundensupport, idealerweise Outbound. Als engagierte, initiative und teamorientierte Person sind Sie exaktes, selbständiges und speditives Arbeiten gewohnt und Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre Diskretion sowie durch Ihre empathische, überzeugende und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit aus. Zudem sind Sie eine durchsetzungsfähige Person mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick. Sie sprechen fliessend Italienisch und Französisch.
