Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Die Gesamtverantwortung für die Kundenbeziehungen und die Risiken im Zusammenhang mit Kreditpositionen in Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungssituationen.
  • Risikominimierung durch Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Risiken bei risikobehafteten Kreditpositionen.
  • Strategische Analyse durch Bestandsaufnahmen, Analyse von Problemen und Definition von Strategien, insbesondere für Unternehmenskunden, einschließlich Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung und Erstellung von Konzepten zur finanziellen Sanierung.
  • Kreditverlängerungen durch Überprüfung und Erstellung von Verlängerungsstrategien für gefährdete Kredite und Entwicklung von Rückzahlungsstrategien.
  • Verhandlungsführung durch Vertretung der Bank bei Verhandlungen mit Kunden, in Gläubigergremien und bei öffentlichen Steigerungen und Arbeit mit internen und externen Stellen zusammen.
Anforderungen
  • Ausbildung: Eine Bankausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bank- oder Finanzwesen.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Firmenkunden-Finanzierungsgeschäft mit (Erfahrung im Bereich Recovery ist von Vorteil).
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Strukturiertes und prozessorientiertes Denken, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Arbeit selbstständig und präzise.
  • Persönlichkeit: Empathische, überzeugende und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, durchsetzungsstark, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Überblick in stressigen Situationen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fliessende (Schweizer) Deutschkenntnisse sind Vorraussetzung, Gute Französischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
