Sales Representative Implants (m/w/d)

Als Sales Representative Implants bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Kunden in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz und zuständig für alle Fragen rund um das Thema Implantate. Du konzipierst und implementierst Massnahmen zur positiven Umsatzentwicklung und baust ausgezeichnete Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden in Deiner Region auf und pflegst diese.

Deine Rolle:

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien für Implantate in der Schweiz (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufs- und Marketing-Team)
  • Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen bei Kunden, sowie auf Messen, Foren und anderen Verkaufsveranstaltungen
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen
  • Leadgenerierung für digitale Workflows und andere Dentsply Sirona Geschäftsbereiche
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks von Zahnarztpraxen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Trainern und Referenzzahnärzten
  • Aufsetzen einer go to Market Strategie sowie Erfahrungen in der Verbesserung kontinuierlich bestehende Vertriebsprozesse und Abläufe
  • Klinische Unterstützung für Universitäten und Kliniken
  • Vor-Ort-Unterstützung für den Bereich Implantate in Zahnarztpraxen
  • Analyse und Entwicklung von Umsatzpotenzialen
  • Überwachung von Wettbewerbern sowie der Marktanforderungen an das Produktspektrum

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Ausbildung (Ausbildung im Dentalbereich von Vorteil)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (fließend in Wort und Schrift)
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft für die optimale Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Teamorientierte Einstellung
  • Zielorientierung mit strukturiertem Ansatz
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
