AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
  • Sie unterstützen den Manager in der Event Operations und sind in seiner Abwesenheit Verantwortlich für den gesamten Ablauf
  • Sie übernehmen die Operativen Verantwortungen und Arbeiten und sind zu 80% on the floor
  • Sie sind jung, dynamisch und ein guter Kommunikator
  • Sie sind erfahren im Service Bereich und von Vorteil haben Sie 5 Sterne Erfahrung
  • Als Verantwortung unterliegt Ihnen das Trainieren der festen und flexiblen Mitarbeitern
  • Sie sorgen für unvergessliche Events und ein unverwechselbares Gästeerlebnis
  • Sie sind massgeblich in der Vorbereitung sowie in der Durchführung bis hin zur Nachbearbeitung zuständig für den reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Selbständige Leitung eines Serviceteam von bis zu 15 Personen festen Mitarbeitern und bis zu 70 flexiblen Mitarbeitern
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
  • Sie haben eine gastgewerbliche Grundausbildung, idealerweise ein Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der Luxushotellerie
  • gutes Organisationstalent, Kommunikativ und ein Gastgeber
  • hohes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • eine sichere und stilvolle Auftrittskompetenz im Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
  • Sie sprechen von Vorteil fliessend Deutsch, Englisch ist ein MUSS, von Vorteil auch Grundwissen in der französischen Sprache
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Palette
