Votre profil:

  • Vous disposez de 3 à 5 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la planification des besoins de produits finis horlogers
  • Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation de type Master en Ingénierie dans un domaine logistique ou technique, ou niveau équivalent dans le domaine économique - Une formation en Supply Chain – APICS est un plus.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques Excel et PowerPoint ainsi que la pratique opérationnelle d'un ERP
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances des contraintes de production dans le milieu horloger ainsi que d'une pratique confirmée en gestion de projet et gestion de la demande
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais

La mission de notre Squad est de redéfinir la chronométrie depuis 1884. Célébrant 140 ans d'histoire, avec plus de 1900 personnes passionnées dans 20 pays, nous recherchons des talents exceptionnels pour rejoindre notre équipe à Granges en tant que S&OP Process Manager. Des déplacements seront à prévoir sur notre site de la Chaux-De-Fonds.

Vos principales missions seront de gérer et animer le processus S&OP pour les opérations ainsi que de gérer le suivi Supply Chain des nouveautés et des séries spéciales et identifier les impacts stock et charge liées à l'évolution de la demande pour arbitrage.

Vos responsabilités:

Supply & Production planner - 70%

  • Gérer le processus mensuel lié au S&OP avec le département commercial pour : identifier les variations de besoin, déterminer avec les équipes opérationnelles la faisabilité, confirmer un plan de production réalisable en fonction des contraintes de production
  • Préparer les documents de restitution pour la séance S&OP mensuelle et l'animer: évolution de la demande / du réalisable, plan d'action lié au suivi des back orders clients, point sur les nouveautés, les séries spéciales et leur disponibilité, point sur les pièces en sous-disponibilité et leur date de production, point sur les pièces en surstock et les impacts sur les tailles de lot et les stocks
  • Outils de gestion opérationnelle : être le référent sur l'utilisation de l'outils IBP et de ses évolutions, valider le PDP et sa mise à jour dans l'ERP pour les activités opérationnelles, être le garant des données de besoins indépendants dans l'ERP
  • Initialiser le processus de fin de vie et coordonner l'identifications des actions pour réduire les stocks associés

Management de la performance – 20%

  • Définir et maintenir les KPI pertinents pour le suivi des résultats des livraisons des produits finis
  • Analyser les KPI et rédiger les commentaires qualitatifs associés au reporting
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des plans d'actions nécessaire à l'atteinte des objectifs
  • Proposer des améliorations sur les principes et règles régissant l'activité.

Management de projet – 10%

  • Être le référent de la planification des produits finis pour le projet d'implémentation de SAP
  • Être le key-user de l'outils de planification IBP de SAP et des besoins indépendants de SAP
