• Unterstützung im Rahmen von komplexen Kapitalmarkt- und M&A-Trans-
aktionen, von der Akquisition eines Projekts bis zum Vollzug der Transak-
tion
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von (Teil-)Projekten sowie bei der Er-
stellung von Präsentationen, Finanzmodellen, Bewertungen, Verkaufsun-
terlagen sowie Unternehmens- und Marktanalysen - Mitarbeit bei und Review von Transaktionsdokumentationen (Prospekte,
Verträge, Term Sheets etc.) - Teilnahme an Kunden- und Investorengesprächen sowie Vertragsver-
handlungen
Anforderungen:
• Studienabgänger:in oder maximal drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Be-
reichen Investment Banking, Kapitalmarkt, M&A, Transaction Services o-
der strukturierte Finanzierungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master) der Wirtschaftswissen-
schaften - Sehr gute kommunikative und finanzanalytische Fähigkeiten (einschliess-
lich Excel Financial Modeling), gutes betriebswirtschaftliches und rechtli-
ches Verständnis - Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Präzision, Vielseitigkeit, Eigeninitia-
tive, Flexibilität, sicheres Auftreten und starker Teamplayer - Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel und Powerpoint),
Bloomberg-Kenntnisse von Vorteil - Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch zwingend, gute
Französischkenntnisse und Schweizer Mundart von Vorteil
