As a Corporate Law and Finance Specialist Intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly in corporate law, digital assets, and blockchain areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the customer happiness team to fulfill exceptionally high standards of our customers.
- Participate in customer calls with members of the management board and sales colleagues for onboarding customers, administering on our platform, and collecting structured customer requirements for product development.
- Take entrepreneurial ownership for customer happiness, defining best practices, routines, and learning material together with the management board and sales colleagues.
- Translate unstructured information of customer data into our software suite.
- Support in the execution of AGMs on the customer's side.
- Work together in a diverse team with various cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- A motivation inflow from voluntary commitments.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with French and/or Italian being a plus.
- An educational background in Swiss/EU Law or a related field.
