Mepha Pharma AG und Teva Pharma AG gehören zusammen zu den führenden Pharmaunternehmen in der Schweiz. Mepha ist seit 2011 Teil des international tätigen Teva Konzerns, einem der weltweit führenden Anbieter von Generika. Mepha und Teva haben ihren Sitz in Basel und beschäftigen derzeit insgesamt 174 Mitarbeitende. Das Mepha- und Teva-Portfolio umfasst über 320 Produkte, die vorwiegend in der medizinischen Grundversorgung zur Behandlung eines breiten Spektrums an Erkrankungen eingesetzt werden. Das Sortiment setzt sich zusammen aus rund 270 Generika, rezeptfreien Arzneimitteln, Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, Medizinprodukten sowie Biosimilars, Biologicals und weiteren Originalmedikamenten. Mit Letzteren werden Krankheiten des zentralen Nervensystems, der Atemwege und Krebs behandelt. Mepha und Teva vertreiben ihre Produkte über Apotheken, selbstdispensierende Ärztinnen und Ärzte, Grossisten und Spitäler. Mit rund 23 Millionen* Verpackungen haben Mepha und Teva im Jahr 2023 in der Schweiz am meisten Medikamente abgesetzt.

Hauptaufgaben
  • Launch von neuen Produkten im Bereich Psychiatrie und Neurologie im Schweizer Pharmamarkt
  • Erarbeitung der Produkt-Strategie für die Vermarktung von verschreibungspflichtigen Arzneimitteln (Originale, aber auch Generika) unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele
  • Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit sowie sehr enger Austausch mit Market Access, Medical und der Verkaufsabteilung
  • Entwicklung, Erstellung, Ausführung und Überwachung sowie Koordination der Omnichannel Werbeaktivitäten, die auf das breite Portfolio abgestimmt sind
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit Medical Entwicklung von Verkaufstools und Schulungsmaterialien zur Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams
  • Verantwortung für die Umsatz- und Marktanteile der Produkte
Ihr Profil
  • Ausbildung: min. Bachelor-Abschluss in Biowissenschaften oder Marketing. Ein höherer Abschluss (MSc, MBA) ist von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Marketing in der Gesundheitsbranche oder der pharmazeutischen Industrie. Erfahrung in Neurologie/Psychiatrie sind ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägtes, strategisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement Skills
  • Freude an einer funktionsübergreifenden und effektiven Teamarbeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitsmarktes
  • Verstehen von medizinischen Zusammenhängen und Gabe daraus einfache Kernbotschaften zu erstellen
  • Aussendiensterfahrung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Französisch und Englischkenntnisse
  • Professioneller Umgang mit MS-Office
