For our IT development department, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join the Delivery Governance & Quality Team, which defines the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) governance around methodology, testing and release management to enforce a controlled and efficient process. It supports Product teams in their transformation. It also manages quality engineers and release managers embedded in the product teams to stay close to the field.

Reporting to the Head of the Delivery division, you will be in charge of the "Governance and Change" team, managing 4 experienced Transformation Project Managers. With your team, you will define and control the governance on software development lifecycle and you will lead strategic projects to transform and optimize the SDLC process. These projects cover release and testing strategy, project and product management in an organization undergoing agile transformation . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple departments to ensure successful transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a leader experienced in team management, with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This person has high emotional intelligence, strong critical-thinking, strength working cross-functionally, and an ability to influence and lead others to achieve project success. The candidate must be comfortable communicating with top management.

YOUR MISSION

SDLC Governance and Control (35%)

  • Define, document and promote SDLC governance
  • Enforce product and project methodology, release and test strategies and best practices
  • Define and enforce controls throughout the process, support controls with KPIs
  • Define transformation projects to improve efficiency and/or quality.
  • Communicate and validate your roadmap with IT departments top management.
  • Collaborate with the risk and audit teams on all issues related to the SDLC.

Change Management (50%)

  • Lead transformation projects throw multiple product teams.
  • Scope the project & work streams in close collaboration with product teams managers.
  • Partner with embedded Delivery managers to identify a change management strategy and plan to ensure product team readiness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Design, build and maintain an overall project execution plan and roadmap.
  • Create and monitor measures of success.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serves as a facilitator for improved performance across all project work-streams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by assessing current processes and identifying areas for enhancement. Implement feedback loops to capture lessons learned and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Implement the transition phase to the run activity, to guarantee the sustainability of project outputs.

  • Proficiency in transversal transformation project management in software development
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and a great ability to convince
  • Strong understanding of product organization, agile methodologies, release management, and test strategies.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to develop effective partnerships across departments to engage, align, and gain teams buy-in.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Change management expertise with a focus on influencing positive cultural shifts.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically as needed and be willing to roll your sleeves up.
  • Has a learning mindset, keeps up on industry trends, research, and best practices.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, proactivity, ability to adapt, team spirit.
  • Fluent in French and English language
  • Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
