What are we expecting from you?
This role is based in Geneva, within the Operations department for Europe-CIS.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Senior Manager, the Distribution Planner is responsible for optimising stock levels within the omni-channel retail, online retail and partner networks for our 4 collections of products.

You will liaise with regional planners, sales, marketing & market teams as well as with the head office.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in the allocation of products for the 4 pillars of the house (Repetitive High Jewellery, Bridal, Watches and Jewellery) in liaison with markets, planners and central supply chain teams
  • Optimise resources on the 3 distribution channels: retail, online & external partners
  • Manage activations in different countries, by preparing the inventory implementation for store opening projects (in collaboration with Marketing, VM & Distribution) and by preparing local & regional stocking events as well as monitoring replenishment
  • Attend & co-facilitate monthly S&OP meetings
  • Identify areas for improvement in management processes or stock indicators and work on ad-hoc studies
  • Participate in regular reviews of model stock - including the preparation of stock analysis, the gathering of markets requirements, the definition & update of model stock levels
