Wir suchen einen Chapter Lead für unser Team von Solution Architekten, Software-Entwicklern und Integrations-Spezialisten. In dieser Kaderposition bist du mit deinem Team verantwortlich für die Integration der Systeme der Business-IT und der Software-Entwicklung zur Digitalisierung der Business-Prozesse der CKW.

Mein zukünftiger Alltag

  • Führen des Chapters "Development and Architecture" bestehend aus aktuell 6 Mitarbeitern. Lenkung und Coaching des Teams bei der Erstellung, dem Testen und der Bereitstellung der Ergebnisse.
  • Analyse, Design und Entwicklung von neuen und bestehenden Applikationen und Realisierung von Schnittstellen.
  • Sicherstellung des Plattform-Betriebs von Mulesoft und AgilePoint, Unterstützung bei der Architektur und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform
  • Erstellung und Review von technischen Konzepten, Abnahme von technischen Lösungen
  • Leitung von Vorhaben und Projekten als Vertretung der Business-IT der CKW

Was ich mitbringe

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschul- (ETH, Uni) oder Fachhochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung in der Personalführung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung, nach Möglichkeit in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in agiler Software-Entwicklung und in der Leitung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform und Azure Cloud
  • tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in OOA/OOD, .NET, C# und serviceorientierten Architekturen
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Applikationsintegration (EAI), Integration Patterns, Datenarchitektur, Datenmodellierung und REST APIs
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
