Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to join Procter & Gamble Beauty in our headquarters in Geneva and assume a crucial role in our transformative journey. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding our European markets in leading Influencers' relationships and campaigns across all our Beauty brands.
Your passion and expertise will be critical in providing guidance, best practices, and strategic insights to help teams effectively leverage influencers. Responsibilities include campaign planning and coordination, performance analysis, and acting as the go-to for any influencer trends on content and regional event planning. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Influencer program strategy and development: Work with regional and local market teams to develop influencer plans and strategies that align with brand objectives and platform dynamics.
- Campaign Coordination: work with Brand Teams in coordinating and activating campaigns. Lead the identification of suitable influencers, run briefings, coordinate shootings and content development and ensure effective collaboration between. Lead the execution of Regional events.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze influencer asset performance across markets, using data insights to provide recommendations for future strategies.
- Budget Planning and Management: Develop and lead influencer marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, outstanding stewardship and improving return on investment.
- Compliance and Disclosure: Ensure compliance with relevant law and advertising regulations and disclosure requirements, providing guidance to influencers and brand teams to ensure legal compliance in local or regional campaigns.
- Industry Monitoring and Trend Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing practices, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
- Influencer Marketing Experience: Validated experience in developing and driving successful influencer and digital creator campaigns, preferably in a regional or multi-market context.
- Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of European creator landscape within the beauty industry.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator and influencer trends, and best practices across regional markets.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze influencer campaign performance data, draw actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize regional strategies.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with local teams, influencers, and agencies across diverse markets.
- Passion for Beauty and Influencer Marketing: Genuine enthusiasm for the industry, staying updated on regional trends and emerging creators, products and brands.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop regional marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: standout colleague, able to work in fast pacing environment with multiple collaborators, demonstrating autonomy and leadership.
- Results-Driven: Consistent track record of achieving measurable results through influencer marketing campaigns, such as increased brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field with previous experience in the marketing industry.
- English language proficiency both written and spoken. Very good capabilities of another EU language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian) can be an advantage.
