Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join Procter & Gamble Beauty as an Influencer Marketing Manager at our headquarters in Geneva. This position plays a crucial role in our journey, supporting European markets and leading relationships with influencers for our Beauty brands.

Your expertise will be key in providing guidance, best practices, and strategic insights to help teams maximize influencer impact. Some of your main responsibilities include:

  • Influencer program strategy and development: Collaborate with regional teams to align influencer plans with brand goals.
  • Campaign Coordination: Work with Brand Teams to execute campaigns and coordinate with influencers.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze influencer performance data to shape future strategies.
  • Budget Planning and Management: Develop and oversee influencer marketing budgets.
  • Compliance and Disclosure: Ensure legal compliance in campaigns.
  • Industry Monitoring and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with internal teams.

Job Qualifications

  • Influencer Marketing Experience: Successful track record in influencer campaigns.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep knowledge of European beauty influencer landscape.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to draw insights from campaign data.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Passion for Beauty and Influencer Marketing: Enthusiasm for the industry and emerging trends.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop marketing strategies.
  • Results-Driven: Consistent in achieving measurable results.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, knowledge of another EU language is a plus.
