In this role you will
  • Du baust enge Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden und allen Stakeholdern innerhalb des Unternehmens auf.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den Erfolg unserer Kunden und stellst sicher, dass diese in vollem Umfang von unserer SaaS-Lösung profitieren.
  • Du übernimmst die Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von (großen) Kundenprojekten.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung von Kunden-Meetings, Kickoff- und Trainingsveranstaltungen.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle zwischen unseren internen Abteilungen und trägst so maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktes bei.
  • Du erstellst und unterstützt beim kontinuierlichen Ausbau unseres Help Centers sowie der Verfeinerung der Produktleitfäden für unsere Kunden.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung und Anpassung von Kundensystemen und im Kundenservice.
  • Du erschließt gemeinsam mit unserem Vertriebsteam Upsell-Möglichkeiten bei Bestandskunden.
  • Du bringst eigene Strategien und Ideen ein, um unsere deskbird Werte und Vision voranzutreiben.
What you need to be successful
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer B2B Customer Success-Rolle, vorzugsweise in einer SaaS-Industrie.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Englisch ist unsere Unternehmenssprache).
  • Du bist in der Lage, schnell Vertrauen bei B2B-Kunden aufzubauen und Gespräche mit Bestandskunden zu führen, die Mehrwert generieren.
  • Du hast das Selbstvertrauen, eigene Kickoff- und Schulungsveranstaltungen durchzuführen und Fragen zu stellen und zu beantworten, um das Gespräch voranzutreiben.
  • Eine stark serviceorientierte Person, die den Kunden immer an erste Stelle setzt.
  • Eine außerordentlich empathische Persönlichkeit.
