Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernahme und Betreuung der Kundenprojekte in der Umsetzungsphase nach Übergabe durch den Project Manager.
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Ausführung der Projekte, einschliesslich der Produktionsprozesse und Koordination mit unseren externen Produktionspartnern.
  • Überwachung der Produktionskosten und Kalkulationen, Erstellung und Kontrolle von Rechnungen.
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung und Qualität der produzierten Getränke, sowie die Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und gelegentlichen Produktionsbesuchen.
  • Verwaltung der Projektdokumentation und Einhaltung der Prozessvorgaben.
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Project Manager zur Abstimmung von Produktionsdetails und Terminplänen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projekt- oder Produktionsmanagement.
  • Hohe Affinität für technische Prozesse, sowie ausgeprägtes vernetztes und logisches Denken.
  • Versiert im Umgang mit Excel, als auch verlässlich in der Anwendung von Zahlen und Daten.
  • Teamplayer, ausgeprägte selbstbewusste Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Gespür für den Gesamtüberblick.
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
