UNISERS AG is a young, vibrant startup emerging from ETH Zurich, armed with revolutionary technology to tackle the biggest challenge in the semiconductor industry: contamination control. Having secured a $14 million seed investment led by Intel Capital, we are rapidly expanding our team to bring our groundbreaking technology to market as swiftly as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Required:
- Project Management Office Leadership: Establish and manage the PMO, ensuring seamless project delivery and governance.
- Process and Documentation Leadership: Develop and refine appropriate project management processes and documentation.
- Hands-On Project Management: Actively manage key projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Mentorship and Training: Support and guide part-time project managers to cultivate an efficient project management culture.
Desired:
- Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with process owners to refine and optimize business processes.
- IT Tools Implementation: Assist with the selection and deployment of modern IT tools.
- Technical Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Sales Backend Support: Aid the sales team in maintaining smooth backend operations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience managing diverse projects.
- Formal Education: Certification or formal education in project management.
- Language Proficiency: Business-level English; German is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the semiconductor industry, equipment manufacturing, startups, or small businesses is advantageous.
- A technology background or at least a strong technology affiliation is advantageous
