Brand Partnerships Manager

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of brand partnerships and/or licensing experience within a luxury, sports or entertainment brand
  • You demonstrate a solid background in project management in a fast-moving environment
  • You demonstrate a solid background in budget management, analysis and reporting
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and have experience in working with high-profile talent
  • Knowledge of legal processes and contracts will be a plus
  • You have excellent product sensibility and luxury market awareness
  • Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast, complex environment
  • You have an organized and hands-on personality
  • You speak English. Knowledge of French and/or German will be a strong asset

Breitling stands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our #Squad located in Zurich to manage various projects by developing relationships with our key global brand partners.

In this role you will be reporting to the Global Head of Brand Partnerships and your main missions will be to manage sponsorships, licensing and ambassadors to drive brand storytelling, engagement around key product launches, activations, and brand events.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with our key brand partners across licensing, sponsoring and ambassadors
  • Manage and diligently track contract deliverables and budgets
  • Manage and process partner invoices and royalty reports
  • Negotiate contract fees and rates with our partners
  • Manage and secure partner approvals on campaign assets, press releases, events + activations, product licensing
  • Oversee and manage partner activations and events
  • Develop strong collaboration with internal teams including, Brand Communication, PR, Events, Finance, Product Design
