Deine Mission: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Geschäftsleitung trägst du dazu bei, unsere Finanzprozesse zu optimieren und die finanzielle Stabilität zu sichern. Mit deiner Expertise bringst du frischen Wind in unsere Finanzstrategie und behältst den Überblick über die Buchhaltung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Überwachung der Liquidität sowie der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im Finanzbereich
  • Betreuung der Ein- und Austritte unserer Teammitglieder
  • Excel-Experte und bereit, neue Software kennenzulernen
  • Organisation und Bestellung von Büromaterialien
  • Kommunikation mit Kolleg*innen, Kunden und Partnern auf Deutsch und Englisch

Dein Profil:

  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Begeisterung für Zahlen, Excel und präzises Arbeiten
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter sozialer Kompetenz
  • Offen für verschiedene Persönlichkeiten und Arbeitsstile
  • Erfahrung in der Architekturbranche ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
