Your Commitment will include

Lead and manage a team of 12 employees by creating a climate of trust and enabling each team member to excel in their roles and develop within the Group.
Be responsible for the customer journey related to connections, ensuring an impeccable and coherent customer experience from start to finish.
Handle and ensure the compliance of requests for the installation or modification of metering systems, inform and advise installation electricians.
Serve as the Product Owner for the "connection portal" tool, ensuring it fully meets customer and business needs to create an efficient and innovative environment.
Guarantee the billing of services offered for connections and manage offers and contracts correctly.
Develop and manage a continuous improvement system.

Vos compétences
Achieving the difference requires
Degree in Business Information Technology from a University of Applied Sciences (HES) or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in team management and natural leadership.
Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
Solid experience in project management and continuous improvement. Ability to act as a Product Owner.
Strong interest in topics related to electrical installations.
Excellent writing skills.
Good stress management and prioritization skills.
Sociable and excellent interpersonal skills.
