Position overview:

The Portfolio Manager will have responsibility for managing products throughout their product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Working alongside key stakeholders, the Portfolio Manager will recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
They will manage a Coordinator Portfolio EMEA and are accountable for the process and implementation of new product development solutions for the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drives the Innovation and Product Development Stage Gate Process within EMEA
• Acts as the core interface between region and Innovation team
• Manages New Product Development process as part of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
• Works with Sales and Marketing teams to document and report opportunities back to Innovation team
• Develops and implements the product roadmap
• Interfaces with development leads to make sure that product requirements are understood
• Works with Pricing team to annually review value add product pricing offers and positioning strategies, taking into account overall marketing strategy
• Oversight of product and/or product change initiatives
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or an equivalent of working experience
• Previous Product Management or related experience in blue chip organisations with European remit
• Technical understanding and analytical thinking
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Proven track record in managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle
• Project Management skills
• Fluent English language
